TLGDistro sells exclusively to licensed businesses purchasing products for resale. By placing an order, you represent that you are a licensed retailer, bar, restaurant, or venue operating legally in your jurisdiction. TLGDistro reserves the right to verify business licenses at any time.
All orders require a minimum of 2 cases. Orders must contain an even number of total cases (2 cases per shipping box). The platform enforces these requirements automatically. Orders that do not meet these requirements cannot be submitted.
All prices are per case and displayed in the customer portal. Payment processing fees are passed through to the buyer at cost: 3.9% + $0.10 for card transactions, 1% for ACH. Fundcanna net-30 terms carry a 2% terms fee. Shipping is free within TLGDistro's standard delivery zone. Out-of-zone surcharges, where applicable, are disclosed before checkout confirmation.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal for sale and distribution in their jurisdiction. TLGDistro provides state availability guidance as a service, but this guidance is informational and does not constitute legal advice. Customers who submit orders for products that are not legal in their jurisdiction are responsible for all return shipping costs.
TLGDistro ships to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Shipping is free within the designated green zone for each warehouse. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. TLGDistro is not responsible for carrier delays.
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims require photographic evidence of damaged product and packaging. TLGDistro will file carrier insurance claims on behalf of the customer. Replacement product is provided after carrier claim resolution. Customers must retain all damaged packaging until the carrier claim is closed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been routed to a warehouse. Incorrectly ordered products that are legally compliant may be returned at the customer's expense. Products returned due to customer ordering error are subject to a restocking fee.
Hemp-derived THC and CBD products are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. By ordering these products, you certify that you will not sell or distribute them to persons under the age of 21, and that your business has appropriate age verification procedures in place.
