We collect business information you provide when applying or ordering: business name, contact name, email, phone, address, and payment information. We also collect order history, portal activity, and standard web analytics data (page views, device type, referring URL).
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, manage your account, provide customer support, comply with legal requirements, and improve our platform. We may contact you with account-related communications and, with your consent, marketing updates about new brands and promotions.
We share necessary order data with our warehouse partners and shipping carriers to fulfill deliveries. We share financial data with our payment processors (Square, Fundcanna) and accounting software (QuickBooks). We sync CRM data with HubSpot to manage customer relationships. We never sell your data to third parties.
When TLGDistro delivers a brand's products to your location for the first time, we may notify that brand partner with your store name, city, state, and the SKUs delivered. We do not share your contact name or phone number with brand partners by default. You may opt out of this by contacting us.
We retain order records and account data for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time. Financial records required by law cannot be deleted.
